How to report if your student is going to be late or absent

If your child is going to be late or absent from school for any reason, please call 425-936-2651 or email RPattendance@lwsd.org and leave the following information:

• Student's full name
• Student's teacher
• Your name and relationship to student (i.e. mother, father, etc...)
• Date (or dates) of absence
• Reason for absence

This safe arrival line is available 24/7 every day. If your child does not report to school and our office does not have a message regarding the absence, you will receive a text message in Parent Square, with an automated phone call later that day.  It is important to remember to call the Safe Arrival line or email us whenever your child will be absent or tardy so we can make sure that your student is where they need to be.
